So basically if I put somebody's email address I could know the sites they have logged in in the past? And then I can use the leak and get access to their account? Shouldn't this information be mailed to the email address queried

I agree with you both. Developers hate documentation but I would add plethora of documentations and examples in next few days.

Happened to me too. I accidentally asked a question accidentally from my wife's account, who has low points on SO. The question was also heavily downvoted, which was clear and according to the site's policy.
