Wouldn't running Windows 10 and the Microsoft Subsystem for Linux make way more sense for these users? Seems more like inertia that is keeping some on the Mac.

They absolutely could add a settings toggle. This has been a huge annoyance since DP and HDMI arrived at the scene.

You're not really getting a rebate, the extremely high merchant fees in the US are paid by the customers. While it makes sense for the individual, high fees should be regulated.

You can bind Snip & Sketch to the Print Screen button in Ease of Access -> Keyboard. This is a new feature in Windows 10 1809.

Seems very much like the opposite to me, even Nvidia's "Founder's Edition" went to an open design in its latest iteration. Only AMD reference cards seem to still be blowers, AIO designs are pretty much all open.
