Our dog often "sheep"-herds us - when we are walking - often going around us, trying to put us in a "circle". He's a shih-poo dog rescue (or that's what we've been told). When one of us goes astray, he sto

Look into envoy/istio - e.g. these introduce side-processes (sidecars) where your process talks to, and these create the traces for you at some perf cost. There are proxies for some of the existing services - like mysql - https:/

For MSBuild, one can use what IDE does to get the compile targets: msbuild YourProject.sln /p:Configuration=Release /p:DesignTimeBuild=true /t:_PrintIntellisenseInfo The _PrintIntellisenseInfo target is the key, and "lyi

there is an option for flutter to compile for both canvaskit and html - and then on mobile might select the latter (for reasons being smaller) - it might be that (not sure). I have two stupid flutter apps that are canvas only - https:

There is a whole lot of industries based around shipping plugins. While some of these might work as external processes, they possibly still require some bridge to be loaded as .dll, .so, .dylib. Also security updates. Other than that, stati

I just inspected the page, and saw that this version does not use canvas (e.g. "canvaskit") but <flt-xxx> elements - e.g. the HTML flutter web output. This may or may not make things slower.

I do remember some debate around required/optional in proto2, and how the consensus was to not have required in proto3 - parties had good arguments on both sides, but I think ultimately the backward-forward compatibility argument won.

For example gamedev middleware is an example of that - be it individual library, for example audio: fmod, criware, wwise, miles, etc., or full blown game enines (unity, unreal, etc.). Just few examples.
