A few will, the majority won't. The key to not coming off as whiny is not to be whiny :) As with any Resume/CV issue like this just practice answering the question - a couple of sentences is sufficient, and you'll be fine.

You could be a technologist generalist, but specialise in an industry (or vice versa). Bare in mind, if you've got expertise in an area that people value, people will pay you handsomely for it.

Another variant is four words: "we had an agreement." This emphasises that you had already agreed to something. I agree with everything else, it's very unlikely to work out.

I've had a quick read, the argument seems to be that because the driver is needed to fulfil Uber's rides that they become indistinct from Uber as a business itself; so they're employees. They make some references to Case law

Maybe true, but the bits he's picking out are kinda wrong IMHO. WPF hasn't changed much since it was first done in the mid 00s, Microsoft didn't put the same improvement into developer productivity for WPF as they have for AS

The guys on the fizzle show recently opined that you shouldn't use hyphens. From memory, the reasoning was mainly based on the domain being slightly harder to share (try saying your thing with the hyphen in it). Source (c. 41mins in):

Will it run some version of flash? (and yes I tried gnash to no avail). I spent the weekend explaining to an 8 and 6 y/o that they can't share and look at other Scratch projects at scratch.mit.edu on the RPi :(
