I can understand Android lets the app do that, because well, Android is Android, but... iOS too?!

This is the -rather interesting, if you ask me- list of differences between Chrome and Chromium: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Chromium_%28web_browser%29#Dif... I see it lacks a mention to the embedded PDF reader which

You are very right with thinking that some people take WoW leadership in raids, etc. as a job. That's something I overlooked.

Life is not only about being productive. You have to entertain yourself as well. (That's not an excuse for not graduating, of course.)

This is a very disrespectful comment.

I think he does not only mean the font rendering, but the UI itself. Anyway, DirectWrite was horrible at high DPI, if I remember correctly.

I don't understand why is it compared to C, when it can be compared to Perl or PHP, which are also dynamically typed, interpreted, etc, but much faster.

I have a bad connection, so it's better for me to use a download manager that can resume failed downloads properly. Browsers usually fail at that.

I'm sorry, but I don't understand. Aren't both Clang and LLVM open source?

That is not true, the application does not run, or at least not securely, with its animations, etc.

I don't understand. Why do you think a government agency and a court would take a different decision at a trademark matter?
17. 587.▲
    by mahouse 12y ago

What I mean is that the government itself should evaluate the matter and then decide it, all by itself.
18. 588.▲
    by mahouse 12y ago

The government should do it. If they give you the means of registering a trademark, they should at least be able of determining if a claim is valid.

What's the point on trademarking something when later you need to pay $80,000 to defend it? The US... smh

Every expansion has a "best class", that's for sure. Even if you try to balance everything, that's impossible to achieve; every class has dozens of spells, talents, buffs... and then, some of those spells, talents and bu

That WoW thing was so painful. I still remember the old Burning Crusade days. 48 hours falls short. But, still, by that time I was a kid, and thus it felt like a magical experience...
