I agree; with vim as well, gVim isn't much help to those who still want to use a mouse / don't know the keybindings. Atom is really the most versatile open-source GUI text editor right now IMO.

This is absolutely amazing!! Pardon my ignorance, but how does this compare to ion thrust? Unless that's still theoretical, that is -- this seems like an even more elegant solution that ion thrusters.

I've really been blown away by Firefox lately, it's looking better and better. I'm still not confident enough to make it my primary browser for dev though; Chrome's dev tools are just amazing.

I don't think it's so much that we're not good at being preemptive, although that is probably a part of it. It seems that what is most inhibiting intelligent and passionate discourse about Western surveillance is misdirection
