Getting Tim Wu to analyze cryptocurrencies with his lens of networks and centralization would be a real treat.

This article also helps me appreciate how important the "small node" approach is. Bitcoin and Ethereum nodes can run on $200 of hardware (a basic Raspberry Pi + 1 TB drive). And even that investment is inaccessible to most.

This is the premise [1] of $SOS token - though I haven't seen anything substantial, just what's on their website and in a few articles [2]. [1] https://www.theopendao.com/ [2] https://decrypt.co/89

I haven't heard of Arweave before, but yes, the [1] link above doesn't show any results either in the "Browse" or "Search" mode. The premise sounds interesting though. Is this a bug of some sort or does someone

Would that be effective for low-res images like cryptopunks? Or can I create other 24 x 24 px images that have the same hash?

IPFS is still super slow, but can work well for raw HTML sites like this. For example http://vitalik.eth.link is hosted on IPFS. It's a simple text blog and is pretty fast.

I would like to read a more thorough and thoughtful analysis of this perspective. Am I indeed inside the bubble of a giant pyramid scheme? If so, what does that say about me and my judgement? On the flip side, what if all this blockchain&#x

This seems like one of those GPT3 articles assigned to take a quote about "quality" and shoehorn it into a narrative about recent stock prices. For those who upvoted what did you like about the article? Actually is there any kind

Sounds like they enjoyed the process of building it. I would have appreciated more points at the end about recommendations for building. The takeaways #1 and #2 at the end are about marketing. Sure, you didn't market it but who cares,
