This is pretty cool, but seems to be a bit broken under linux. At least in my instance the camera was not reading correctly, was getting green and pink lines.

I believe they are mostly talking about maxxing out your CPU usage since I am sure they oversell their CPU availability. This could really be fixed with affinity settings, but that may also interfere in peak moments. Im sure they have that

sadly that is most likely the truth. I already saw some convo about people claiming some of the images were fake or doctored. Perhaps these people dont quite understand how mosaics work

True, im afraid its unlikely they will make it. I would really like this Kickstarter campaign and ultimately this project to succeed, but I believe they have not delivered sufficient proof that they are capable of delivering the product the

It could also be a distributed game of battle ships... each shot is defined by one unique hash and a geo location.. waiting to see a tweet about "hit" or perhaps "miss" but those wouldnt need to be ACKed

True, or it could be geolocations that it failed to resolve.. but then again it would likely be the same geolocation for every time it fails to resolve

Interesting to note is that all tweets from https://twitter.com/googuns_staging have random Lat/Long coordinates associated with it.. see: https://twitter.com/googuns_staging/status/22294385659595980... https://maps.google.com/maps?q=-

True this is likely some botnet coordinating where/who the C&C is currently. I wonder if this can be reverse engineered. EDIT: I wonder if it does some sort of transform on the number to get an IP addr? perhaps its part of a IPv6 Addr?

These passwords look a bit suspect.. it seems like some are forced to have very complicated passwords while others do not. Interesting to note, Timothy Lauster is on this list and was a person associated with the FBI call anonymous leaked.
