Probably NV and most likely Qualcomm + hyper scalers who want custom chips (Microsoft/Amazon). I can even seen Apple outsourcing some small chips in few years (big NPU outside main board or maybe 5/6G custom chips etc.)

Maybe in few years with 4bit quantisation. (around 1TiB is needed for that)

If you don't have GPU/TPU farm this isn't as exciting as it seems to need around 2TiB with 8bit quantization.

If you are not doing AI with custom Go code or low lvl close to hardware programming -> No. Every other instance -> Yes.

Damn that one of most brain dead comments i saw in a while. Appeasement never ends well, if EU wasn't so soft on 2014 invasion, r*ssian would not dare to attack in 2022.

They are not only missed AI boom, they are also seems to be overpriced by a huge margin compared to Intel or even NVDA.

I think biggest Julia problem is deployment and focus on Academia/HPC, its nice language and pretty fun to write, but it seems to be not good enough to replace Python and lost tons of momentu from hype train in 2017-2018?. Julia still

Indeed it could be a target, but newer and newer co-processor for pure MatMul or even NPU are created and cache/register are changing fast from one architecture to another so it still wouldnt be optimal for most users.

They are okish a lot slower than c but still reasonable if you dont use tons of generics/macros and other heavy stuff. Still it could be a lot better.

Who would buy 500 people for 90B without tech, dataset, company culture they are pretty much your another excellent ML guys or team. They can make great things for sure but not more than your organisation will allow them Im pretty sure this

I would assume is something similar to joining multiple frames/attentions? in channel dimension and then moving values inside so convolution will have access to some channels from other video frames. I was working on similar idea few y

New world was created on Lumberyard, and it have excellent graphics and sound desinge but overall floped cause of no endgame content and tons of game breaking bugs (plus small max server populations). Not sure about which one of (sound/
