There's a need for better indexing. Seems like they switched search to pure embeddings and it doesn't work. Making performant hybrid search is hard in the sense that you cannot combine indexes. Ideally something like embedding, te

Seems like it's just repackaging and UX, not really intelligence updgrade. They know that distribution wins so they want to be most approachable. Maybe multimodal improvements are there.

Speed and typing will win. TS and Go will be dominant in LLM assisted code.

I am pretty sure the US is investing hard into naval drones. There's a reason Russia cannot use it's naval fleet in Ukraine as cheap torpedos and drones destroy ships.

Given you C++ skillset I would look into less obvious "jobs", like maybe creating mods for games (not sure if minecraft mods can make you real money but at least it seems like fun thing to do). I suggest trying to do some small 2D

To add to this. Scientific progress seems to slow when some of these constraints are incorrectly defined leading or blocking valid search trees, which suggest that humanity determines then but also wrong sometimes. Thus we need to really on

Every game becomes boring once figured out. I personally like to explore "meta" on my own. Once I know it I leave game to others as it's usually boring to me. I think meta is basically experimentally determined constrains tha

I think because you want to input mathematical proof intuition (heuristic) into models so they can grasp our reality better than just use tools without much clue.

I think that "Query Engine" you can later distill is quite useful artefact. If I were to TP back in time I would take current LLM with me over wikipedia as it's more accessible

If you don't have automatic way to verify solution then picking correct answer from 10 000 is more impressive than coming with some answer in the first place. If AI tech will be able to effectively prune tree search without eval that w

Agree that celery is a mess and it doesn't work well with async (Asyncio) python. I think version 6 maybe will support it sometime. I also had a lot of problem due to async primitives with sqlalchemy - there's some tricky stuff wi

My layman take on it: 1) We need some way of reliable world model building from LLM interface 2) RL/search is real intelligence but needs viable heuristic (fitness fn) or signal - how to obtain this at scale is biggest question -> t

I personally use GPT 4.1 in simple ask mode most recently. Fast and usually correct for quite complex function so OpenAI seems to be winning IMO. All these "agentic" things make these models so confused that it almost never gives

I feel like diffusion would be much more useful for code it it could only mark tokens as "valid" if they were passing code checks. So it could be thought as adding more of "semantic chunks" instead of just words. Not sur
