Pandas is great, nice write up. One thing I do have a issue with in pandas is the type conversion on sparse data, i.e. a column with missing values. It's a pity you can convert that to a float for example.

Nice website, concept etc. But how do you expect to deliver this? What codecs, what p2p technologies, how are you going deal with discovery, encryption etc? Where is your team? Why should you get 1/2 million dollars?

Great some competition for Docker! Which is good news for everyone (esp. Docker) Containers are the future of hosting web-apps in my opinion. They more implementations there are the better.
