It's not legal for sale in New York, mostly because of false advertising the company previously did touting it's biodegradability, even going so far as to say that it's "practically non-toxic". In fact, they continu

It'd be simple enough to have a few body classes (e.g. "animations-slow, animations-default, animations-fast"), and have it be a user-enabled setting somewhere that simply swaps those classes based on cookie. Similar to how s

There are always places where animations can be useful, to users of any proficiency. Although the best ones, and the ones that work even for "serious users", are subtle and involve quick fades and the use of colors that refer to s

I remember reading The Travels of a T-Shirt in the Global Economy (1) for an undergrad class about globalization - a light, quick read but one that stuck with me through college and post-graduation. Highly recommended. The narrative follows

I think it's a bit disingenuous to conflate all homeopathic remedies with "quack" science. Have you ever used Arnica gel on a bruise? Oscillococcinum for a flu? Extremely effective naturally derived products.

Really liking Middleman (similar to Hugo as OP mentions) for this kind of stuff recently. Powerful enough to use asset caching / on-build minification / direct deploy to s3 / dynamic page generation from JSON, light enough to

So, I still need to take an extra step to view the original link and then click again to visit it. Why not just make the entire top banner a clickable link to the source article? My browser already shows the title of the page separately. Th

It's about 100x harder to read the second link you posted because it fills the entire screen. Full-width text has been proven so many times to hamper readability... Even with ads the original is an easier read on desktop....
