My pragmatic way is to make one design/markup for small screens and one for big screens, and toggle the visibility of those two with media queries. Often we want a completely different layout for mobile, and to focus on different data.

Google is serving a broken page for Firefox on Android (intentionally serving something along oldschool wap pages). I used an addon to fix that, but then the page suddenly was full of ads, videos, smart boxes and amp links.

Yeah, the problem is just that when it's space, the zoom by in a high speed. Taking the lane and then yielding will force them to overtake at a reasonable speed, at least.

Unlimited PTO is more an American thing in my experience. And is never really unlimited as you will be judged when using it. In Europe it's common with 5+ weeks of vacation, which is also often mandatory by law to take.

Ah, reminds me of something I had to do only two years ago. Business side would send an excel file with thousands of lines and some columns with some definitions. These we would export to csv and turn into a huge enum using some generator.
