A quick search yielded this as the top result [1], incredible! I'm going to blame you for breaking my neck when I attempt this later, haha. [1]: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kUiiJI_tPVk

I have been trying to ride the other way on my fixie[0] lately. I think this is kinda the same. I know what I have to do, but instinctively it all gets wrong. I can kinda override it, but then my reactions are way too delayed. So here'

What you unconsciously do when turning, is to quickly turn it a bit in the other direction first in order to get the bicycle more to the other side of you, so you have a better balance point for the big turn. Not perfectly explained, sorry.

Last time I read about passive income here on HN it was mostly non-passive side hustles being shown. Or stuff like ad revenue from apps or sales of books. Maybe passive now, but probably took quite some effort getting to there. It may be pa

I can't really see how it's so burdensome for small firms? It's tauted as a truth every time GDPR is mentioned, but why? If you ask me, being ready for GDPR is much harder for big companies with legacy systems, bureaucracy et

I could use the cash and some of the credits, but most of it wouldn't be used. But maybe I'm one of few doing AI projects not involving a deep neural net? Hehe.

I was also thinking about that. Normally we do everything we can to buy stuff from abroad, but for diapers even low cost countries buy here. Kinda absurd.

If the only way is down, no one would have bought at current prices. If the only way is down, the price would have corrected itself to the down level already. So there is no only way down anymore.

Not to be overly dismissive, but this article is just... weird? The arguments for why switch are pointless, no mention of the actual benefits. Statements like "Hopefully, JIT was integrated into PHP 7", and a very special explanat

That's what I loved most about my college/university: no mandatory attendance. Could wake up when I wanted, and start studying at a more suitable time. I also have a hard time following multiple lectures during the same day. So a
