I thought about this... What would be the outcome here do you think? Ie if this guy didn't report and did decide to mess around for real? Could he have been tracked? Would EA be down for weeks?!

Does calculating numbers based on concrete rules require "thinking" in the same way OP talks about? I think not.

This is a very cool idea! I don’t work in a team big enough for this anymore but I would have loved this in previous roles!

Great write up and very interesting! Slightly off-topic but I literally just bought a PS2 purely to play the original Track and Field games. So much nostalgia! I really wish they would redo these games for the modern consoles!

You can use the bike as is - ie without a sub. The sub is for the classes.

Well, you’re not wrong in theory about the wall and floor, but if everyone did what you’re suggesting, public gyms would not exist. The Peloton subscription does not just include cycling programs - there are many other exercise disciplines.

I only answer the phone now if I know the caller or if I’m expecting a call, and even then I would usually let it go to voicemail and call them back.

This featured in one of the early episodes of Black Mirror and is still in the top 3 for how regularly I think about it happening in real life.

Yeh I figured it was a choice, but thought maybe Troy could make it so we could only see the data that relates to us, maybe by sending a verification email, similar to how he verifies domain searches.

Same... I'm not sure if this is possible via HIBP but I feel like we should be able to look at the data ourselves, at least at the parts that pertain to us?

Thank you for mentioning YDKJS. I hadn’t heard of it before and am in the beginning of my first proper JS project for about 10 years; man has the JS world changed. I have already skimmed the first few chapters and am already understanding i

Slightly off topic: I went to download this and it said I needed iOS17. Out of pure curiosity what from iOS17 does it need? Apologies if it’s mentioned in the article, I just skipped ahead to final product.

This is interesting as I had noticed this happening to me (in Chrome) when the anti-ad-blocking started. I assumed that it was YT's way of "annoying" me still while no ads were shown... It was eventually replaced with the &qu

I just Googled it... looks like it was released in 2021 for select countries. Still not available in UK. £7 seems like a reasonable amount and I would 100% pay that. £12 is just too much.
