For the case of T2D, eating fewer carbs may be more effective than later reducing it with expensive insulin and fancy MIT pills. I often hear good stuff about these guys: https://www.virtahealth.com/ (no affiliation) edit:

In Austria it's also illegal to cover your face in public. The only exceptions are cold weather, job, traditional costumes. Here is a great infographic about it. As can be seen, the law was originally against muslim women. But if it wo

With China being very homogeneous in terms of race, they never worked through those issues. I don't blame them. My grand parents, who lived in the countryside all their life would react in a similar way. Small anecdote: I attended an E

Like many open source projects, Borg is low on developers. The two points you mention are both known and on the agenda for this year. Since you seem to have experience with crypto, why not add a PR? It's all in Python and fairly readab

Vorta can run on Windows (it's in Qt), but Borg can't (for now). They are working on it though.[1] You could probably run it today using the Windows 10 Linux subsystem, but it's not fully tested and will need some small fixes

Let's also mention Vorta, an open source GUI for Borg to make it as easy to use as commercial backup tools. We just started translating into different languages. All input and PRs are welcome. https://github.com/borgbas
