It’s fairly stable, but with a large codebase I’ve seen it take a day + to rebuild the search index, not to mention GHES relies on GitHub.com for the allowed actions list functionality which is a huge PITA. It should not rely on the cloud h

Yeah I agree, there should be a voting system that can kick out bogus frames and have someone remake them, would be really interesting to see what it’d look like if everyone was trying to recreate it. Kind of like rotoscoping I suppose. As

Right, but a card game with specific cards already chosen and designed for me that let the cognitive burden be on the game strategy itself is much more useful for the majority of people, and typically cost $5-10. This multi deck would be a

Buying prebuilt stuff and premade sequences seems like it’d take all the fun out of it, at least for me. I guess this is an area where some people are in it for the goal and others for the journey. I think either is equally valid, but it’s

I haven’t heard much about Broadcom before. Is this why Rally is so awful? They just rent seek on old software and don’t improve it at all? Like the people who bought Heroku?

With the cloud, in a lot of cases you can have additional regions that incur very little cost as they scale dynamically with traffic. It’s hard to do that with on-prem. Also many AWS services come cross-AZ (AZ is a data center), so their ar

Microsoft is more evil than Enron? Than the company that faked blood tests? This is some pretty extreme hyperbole. I’d pick Google over Microsoft for one.
