Yep. I’m in a k12 school, and we have google classroom on ipads and every proprietary thing you can think of. All my teachers have this annoying apple teacher image in their email signatures. No choice.

Not trying to hate on KDE, I know many people who love it, but I have found it less performant on old hardware than Xfce. (Maybe its a cpu/GPU rather than ram thing?) I started using Linux last year, and tried KDE last month.

I want my Linux box or my keyboard to get my keystrokes. I don’t want my typing on a website before submitting a form sent to a third party. Key logging is how Blacklight describes it.

Not affiliated with any company, just wanted to share something I found interesting. I don’t use the web UI much at all anyway. I did insert a repo url to the tool, but it redirected to the about page.

A third party I’ve never heard of capturing keystrokes? Suspicious to me.

That’s what I intended to do, but blacklight redirected to the about page. I do not have an agenda: I use both GitLab and GitHub and am affiliated with neither. https://gitlab.com/luke2m/
