Agree with the general sentiment here. AppStore search is badly broken and the system has been gamed to the point of being nearly useless. A site that helps me (no affiliation whatsoever) that at least allows filtering based on release date

Disgusting choices. I'm American (born and raised) and found almost nothing edible on any of the pages. As others have pointed out, this seems like a thinly-veiled fluff piece marketing prepared/packaged foods. I do indulge in

I was going to ask the same - I read their Privacy Policy ( https://www.gettoby.com/privacy ) and it made me a bit uneasy. I decided not to install.

Great work! My suggestions (in order of importance): * if there is >1 selected tab, change button behavior to "save selected tabs" else default to "save all tabs" * a simple "cancel/destroy" prompt befo

Well that is working out horribly so far. Fusion 8.5.x is unusable on 10.12 due to a bug that causes an immediate crash when grabbing input control. I as well as many others reported the bug long ago but they have been unable to fix it.

I second this question- please post some links if anyone knows of an effective way to detect and do long-term monitoring of these in-home or at a workplace.

So, it isn't actually success that kills the network, it's just the spammers . What else is new.

Neat, but I'll stick with Pinboard. It's basically perfect.

Are we still writing "M$" in 2016? G$$g£€ or A$$$on seem more appropriate based on growth and profits.

The official Pocket Chrome extension also inserts itself inline onto HN pages. Not to mention, it appears this extension hasn't been updated in over 2 years.

Another excellent iOS client is Pushpin (Lionheart Software) : https://appsto.re/us/U5PQG.i I have Pinner too, but I prefer Pushpin's UX, just feels smoother and more responsive.

Wow! I just learned that I am terrible at guessing people's ages. I fairly consistently added 5 years to people's age. And, I seem to be better at guessing the women's ages than the men's (I am a man). Interesting idea!

My interpretation is that the water continues to accumulate, so the problem isn't only what to do with the existing contaminated water, but how to avoid having to build an endless amount of storage tanks.

Not to mention that in that era, titles were often US$39, $49 (or more) and in today's dollars that would be much higher. Compare to most apps on the app store that are typically $4.99 or less... certainly makes paying for titles a lot

I may be out of touch but I'm still using Namecheap. Even though their interface isn't the fanciest, it does the job and they offer pretty good DNS service too if you need that in a registrar.

Judging by the degree to which my girlfriend is glued to Facebook on her iPhone, she probably would classify getting hacked this way as a 'catastrophe' :)

I wonder what the future for Atom will look like with respect to performance. I use both (Atom + Sublime) infrequently; load times for Sublime are "instant" on my Mac Mini vs. ~6 seconds for Atom with only minimal packages install

Nice job, here are my suggestions: 1. Top orange bar is way too thick, especially since it stays fixed and does not "scroll away" after paging down. We don't all have iPhone5's. 2. I agree with others who have suggested making it somewhat e

I admit I was skeptical at first, but after watching the clip I am duly impressed. Sadly, I know only a (shrinking) handful of people who still use a Blackberry, and of those most are looking to switch. RIM, hurry up and start shipping some
