Can't imagine Facebook would partner with a site. They'd probably try to buy it and then intrgrate it as a feature in Facebook itself.

Losing hope in G+ very fast. They're going to make the same mistakes that are killing Facebook. I'm also concerned about them selling data from G+, since Schmidt describes it as an identity service. It's a very evil concept.

Not attending. Big waste of time and money. I don't want to spend that much money for airfare, a ticket to the conference, and hotel/food fees just to watch Zuckerberg reveal something I won't use and to talk to developers for help I can ge

Why just Japan? This could be useful in so many other countries. Even tying in tornado or hurricane warnings for your area would be cool.

If that really motivates you, go for it . If you think you can make a difference in communities struck by poverty, start a company. A few ideas are a simple social donation service with a spin or a site that allows you to send items easi

It doesn't matter if Sam is donating the money to charity. Fact is that he stole money from kind-hearted people who thought they were buying coffee for others. Like I said in the other comments, you wouldn't rob a bank and then try to make

Anyone remember that time T-Mobile tried to get Engadget Mobile to change their colours? http://www.engadget.com/2008/03/31/deutsche-telekom-t-mobile... http://www.engadget.com/2008/04/01/painting-the-town-magenta...

I've read up a lot on houseSYSTEM and it sounded really cool. You should have kept it going. But yeah, Zuckerburg is a liar about a lot of things. People give him a lot more credit than he deserves. I still believe the Winklevosses about hi

Exactly. He stole from people who generously put money on the card instead of, for example, running a donation drive for the charity.

Stealing a ton of money and then selling it on eBay is still wrong. If you rob a bank, does giving the money to charity make it right? If you shoplift a computer, does giving it to a poor family make it right? No, you still stole something

No wonder the card's been empty every time I try to use it (I'm on vacation in the States). People like you steal the money. Fuck you, and fuck your script.

I'm not surprised. I've been getting fed up with Google more and more regarding search. I still don't use Bing as much, but it seems nicer to use than Google.

PayPal is a horrible company. They freeze accounts, hold money hostage (pretty sure illegally), refuse to delete user data (illegal in the UK), and screw smaller users over by forcing them to add bank accounts or sign up for their shitty cr
