So is ARM the future at this point? After seeing how well Apple's M1 performed against a traditional AMD/Intel CPU, it has me wondering. I used to think that ARM was really only suited for smaller devices.

Color me surprised. I kept hoping that with one of these privacy leaks, or any of the other atrocities that FB has committed, it would've triggered the beginning of their demise...but nope. Their stock prices just keep rising, and peop

I've heard of this, but I am curious if: A) Is there any substantial evidence that supports it B) If A, then how many individuals are affected? If you have any material on this, I would gladly read it. Personally, my mental health is h

I'm really struggling to understand all of this. I caught covid last year during the first wave. It wasn't pleasant experience but I survived. I'm still relatively young, the chances of covid severely affecting me (and those

I've seen letterboxd mentioned a couple times in this thread. I use trakt.tv (which has nice Plex integration), are they both sort of the same thing?

This is really neat! I've been putting off learning regex's for some time now, guess I need to add it to my tool belt.

I really hope in the future that a policy can be set in place that prevents these types of acquisitions (on this scale, specifically) from happening. A lot of my favorite products have been ruined by acquisitions like this, and its clear th

Creative Cloud was the point I noticed a shift in Adobe's priorities. I don't know if they switched CEO's at the time, but I starting disliking Adobe more and more from that point forward. I couldn't believe the amount o

Can you elaborate on that? I use fzf with tmux as well, but I'm not sure what you mean by popup windows. Similar to vim splits?

I can safely say that the ISP situation in the US is simply abysmal. I'm an expat here in France and the market for ISP/mobile is pretty great. Companies are very competitive in their offers, and I can switch at any moment since c
