restic to Google Cloud Storage. Their Coldline storage costs a few euros per month for ~1Tb. And I can easily change backends if I want, restic supports many options. The only problem is low upload speeds for residential customers.

IMO, unit tests, integration tests, TDD, BDD, etc do not matter as much as the size of the codebase. If your system has millions of lines of code, you are doomed and no amount of unit tests can help you.

Anything Material is utter crap, Vuetify is not the exception. Minimal CSS frameworks like Picnic CSS are the only way to go. You do not need components and CSS classes to have a decent design. Quite to the contrary.

This is exactly my experience. I used AngularJS, then studied many options including the latest AngularJS, Angular 2 and 4, ReactJS... in order to finally settle on Vue. Doing Vue front ends for over a year already.

They were not. Someone just searched for all excel files with personal information on their thousand+ websites and found hundreds of examples with names, addresses and phone numbers of ordinary citizens.
