I only have one problem with it. After disconnecting external monitors, it sets the brightness of the laptop monitor to 100%. You know... plus the normal random osx crash that we're used to. Windows and Linux are more reliable these

The algorithm requirements changed. It used to be to recommend the "best" content for you and now it is to recommend the cheapest content for them.

I was bit by this in a cordova app on a past update. After that I backed up api keys, etc to native storage using a cordova plugin and added a wrapper that will fall back to it if localstorage lookups fail. I would advise others to do the

The name portion was added by the provider. The cellular providers don't add it, the phone generally just tries to match it to a number in your address book.

I started doing this because of the touchbar. Now I like this key mapping better, but I still hate the touchbar.

First, I'll admit that I'm still a subscriber. For me, the biggest problem with Netflix is the user interface. The auto-playing audio and video at every corner is extremely annoying. The used car dealership feel of it is stressf

Sure, the commands are difficult to digest. Where it gets truly awful, though, is trying to write a program that uses the openssl library.

They really should be held accountable for the amount of loss that their fraud caused, not just what they gained from the fraud.

It's bad even when it stays free. Massachusetts has a tax site (which seems to be created and run by Intuit) which you can use to file for free. It, however, has been built purposefully to make it much, much more difficult to use tha

This could be done previously with on custom Android builds with XPrivacy (an XPosed module). It worked quite well for a long time, but tended to be quite a burden to maintain through OS updates. Starting with Oreo or so it no longer worke

In addition, if you're using dhcp, you can add an enter hook to override make_resolv_conf so /etc doesn't get cluttered with a ton of extra files.

Not necessarily. I bought my first house without an agent from a seller who was selling by owner. It's quick and simple. We sat down at a table and negotiated a price in about 15 minutes, then had an inspection and paid a title compa

I bought from Google and they replaced mine on warranty after I (truthfully) described it as having been "run over by a car." I expected them to say no, but was very thankful that they helped me. They did tell me that this was a

There are some of these that exist already. None that I'm aware of are very large. I've even seen one that was operated by the contractor that needed to have to open source software approved for use in another project.
