My wife brings stuff to Half-Price Books periodically, usually getting close to nothing. One time I decided to help her out as we had a lot of old DVDs and CDs we didn't actually use. My wife was extremely excited when they gave us over $

When I was in high school, a TI-83 was required. Not just a graphing calculator, but specifically a TI-83 graphing calculator. I'm guessing a lot of students are in the same position where the exact tool is specified which means there isn'

You can running multiple web and mail servers behind a single IP address. I personally am not doing this though because I have 5 IP addresses allocated to me, so I take advantage of them.

Somewhat clever, but above all else, I'm incredibly lazy when it comes to finding information that is little more than an interest piece (by that I mean pretty much all traditional reporting and blogging/meta-reporting) and such a form of a

I graduated from high school 10 years ago. It was not mostly Rote memorization at the time, but I did get to see it turned into that. Starting the year after I graduated, students were subjected to yearly standardized tests in all subject

My wife and I stopped watching television almost a year ago. We do watch one or two movies a week still, but not regular TV. When we first tell people we don't watch TV anymore the general reaction is "That's great, I wish I could do that.

I have designed all of my websites, but I'm not trying to make money on any of them. I have been happy with the way some of them have ended up, disappointed with others. I currently rely heavily on CSS for the layout of my websites, but tr

I don't personally know you, so it's difficult to say for sure, but it sounds like you probably just aren't terribly comfortable talking in front of people you don't know well. The key is to basically stop caring what strangers think of you

Talk to the company. Find out why they haven't fixed the issue. Talk to an actual engineer at the company. Maybe they are working on it but are having a hard time resolving the issue properly.

I'm a big advocate of making your cover letter and resume fit you personally, but I've got to say, I think you're spending too much time on your cover letter. Researching a company in-depth is a good idea before an interview, but when you'

I think this separation between what different recruiters want actually makes for an easy way for the applicant to filter out the companies whose culture doesn't fit their own. Make your cover letter and resume fit you, if it gets dropped
