So it's okay for you have a drone, even a armed one, but it's not okay for the police to have one? This would be the equivalent to demanding the police not use cars and instead case suspects on foot. As a result of the high tech age w

It says they shouldn't do that. But you are never going to see enforcement, stripping headers can be sold as "security" to hotels who have no clue what they are doing.

I agree 100%, this whole fiasco is just a about convincing the US Congress not do anything (which they shouldn't btw). Anyways, the DNT specification has exceptions in it large enough to drive a truck through. On the other hand if it woul

Furthermore unlike nukes it is completely impossible to verify that a country dosen't have cyber weapons. Cyber weapons can be hidden in someone's shoe, you can't do that with a nuclear arsenal.

I don't know how you could say the CS degree was winning the lottery. Everyone and their grandmother knew that a CS degree would result in high earning after graduation as far back as the late 90's. In fact many CS departments had the pro

The UK can't legislate that anything be baked into browser because, because they would have a lot of trouble enforcing it. If Firefox decides they won't put the feature in what can the UK do? Also, in all likelihoods this feature would ha

I don't know about that. One of the big selling points of the Double Fine, and Shadowrun campaigns was that it was a established team with a reputation for making good games. Also, say you do raise $100K and produce a lousy product, your

A lame excuse isn't going to hold up in court. Imagine you raised $100K to make some cool gizmo but instead buy your self a sports car, the fact that you never had any intent to even try to make the product is going to be really obvious.

Yes it is legal to film a movie in general though unless the movie is in the public domain you would be committing copyright infringement by distributing it. This is a separate issue from privacy.

It is also unrealistic to assume the worst. It is more likely that attribution slipped though the cracks then it is that the Apple executives made a conscious decision to not include attribution in violation of the license.
