Ok but we have plenty of other safety nets. Govt programs like SNAP, Unemployment, TANF, etc. We have other potential safety nets such as family, churches, various other organizations that help out, friend’s couches. I don’t understand why

I used to work with a web developer in state govt who purposely coded a couple seconds delay before data was displayed so that the spinner would always show. He was actually one of the best developers on the team ironically.

Cuz they like it. I’ve known plenty of meth heads in my life despite never trying it myself. Most of them took it because it was powerful, cheap, and they liked the way they felt on it. These were people with decent jobs or trade jobs and

Lots of jobs require (or at least prefer) candidates with a masters degree at least for more senior positions. Not sure that interest is the reason why people would be going for these degrees.

Exactly. I’ve driven by it before and it is just a regular apartment complex without parking. Neighborhoods are made out of multiple complexes. Their marketing must be working though because I keep seeing articles about them.
