WinGet and potentially MSIX have a glaring hole that should make this a no-no: programs installed that way don't work correctly via native Windows SSH server. If I remember correctly, the scenarios that fail are: installing using WinGe

I didn't plan to. It demonstrates pretty well as-is how people stop thinking and acting critically when their biases are being confirmed, and the trend on HN demonstrates how widespread this is. Well, either that, or the lack of critic

The fact that you continue insinuating this demonstrates the point. A lot of people went nuts, sadly. Touched a few of my friends as well.

It might be "just advertising", but this also moves them from "I am pretending to retaliate" to "fuck everyone", and eventually will lead to formal recognition of Russia as terrorist state with targets painted

News like "a child dying from a rare form of cancer is deported" only got popular (including on HN) during Trump's latest term.

My interpretation of "daydreaming" is pre-nap or early into a nap (your nap, no kids involved) state where your mind wanders, but the experience is closer to dreaming than to thinking of random stuff.

Personally I was sus of Tailscale, but stopped even pondering it after they got an RCE. Same with npm and large dependency trees with 10.5 line libraries of low quality. Lighting always seemed to be the leftpad of PyTorch. It was basically

v0.125.0 finally broke open models including their own gpt-oss over llama.cpp or vllm. I don't think they will fix it.

I started using https://github.com/milisp/codexia/ (which is a desktop app or a web server) that wraps your regular codex-cli or Claude Code CLI. So you can see Codex/Claude threads in your web UI and access

I vaguely remember PyPi requiring 2FA about a year and a half ago at least for logins. If they haven't started yet, they should require 2nd factor for publishing as well.

Half of something has a value, and that value is not infinity. You need to be more specific about how exactly do you get infinity from the fact that half of something has a value.

Maybe? Can you prove there's no limit? The default proof by induction requires postulate of infinity. (this statement is potentially incorrect, but takes across the point)

To be fair MoE from Qwen itself had the same "problem". 3.5 122B MoE was same or worse than 3.5 27B. Yet to see 122B 3.6. UPD. NVM, Mistral Medium 3.5 is dense. So yes, it is worse in every way.
