Exactly. Not only did it implicitly say that women can be seen as a perk, but that there are only heterosexual men who want to attend to this event, and that they all want to have a drink served by a woman. It just wrong in so many levels.

I think he misses the Start Menu. But he has a point. Windows 8 right now seems to be a mess between tablet and desktop-like and the most usable part of it is the Desktop part. (At least for me.)

What I meant is that it's a product that's here to stay. Maybe I went too far with the word big , but it's a success in that it has gained enough momentum to be really useful to a large amount of people.

Yes, if they have operations in the US they can be prosecuted, I believe. What's even worse for Megaupload in this case is that they had started legal proceedings themselves in the US. If they can use the US law, they have to abide them.
