The Columbo TV show is, in my humble opinion, a masterpiece in disguise. The basic scheme of each episode is well known. But the beauty is in the details. The few minutes in each episode where the character is not in representation and you

Be sure to know how to put iframe in Obsidian pages. And make them folded by default. Oh, And you should be amazed at the capability of the tool to keep HTML format when copy/pasting a part of a web page.

Haskell makes you think about code composition. My Java skills (and object composition) has changed drastically after reading about Haskell. [java8+, of course]

Technically yes. But, to me, the question is how developpers are changed by a given paradigm shift. It happened with generics, it happens with functional programming. So an evolution in the language can just make its past versions instan

Not a Go développer here, but let’s take the example of Java when it got (for example) generics or functional features. There was NO going back. These were so fundamental improvements that the past was absolutely outdated as soon as those n

I see that as a pure contextual behaviour. Let's say I switch Internet off and let them watch the same movie, and they will stay focused during the whole 87 minutes.

To me, sitting in front of a computer for a couple of hours organzing your data deluge is NOT an option. The basic question of any new UX is now: can i use it while driving, can i use without a screen, can i use it while cooking, can i talk

Probably off-topic, but the notion or a second brain (not Elon Musk stuff) is, to me, emerging as a problem to solve. For years there has been discussions about GTD, bullet journal, mind maps, etc. To help us deal with the information delug

I have been a moderate user of Obsidian in the past. And have just read the main page of Dendron. I do not see how Dendron helps navigate in a big PKM base any differently from Obsidian. There is a search bar, and a graph view. Then what?

I really wonder, as a Redux user, how to deal with a state that is a deeply connected graph. You cannot exactly rely upon the … keyword to simplify the definition of the new state.
