Yes and when refusing service Amazon would not be fulfilling their part of the contract. Negotiations would be harder for them in that case. Cutting service is the very last cudgel to come out for large contracts. And only when counterparty

My doctor uncle told me how people want targeted injection even though "the stuff will spread to the whole body anyway". He says "it makes them feel good so we do it that way."

Bet on an ecosystem. Waived due diligence. Didn't read the contract. Trampled the biosphere. Now trying to negotiate the bill. Ragequit incoming. Sells for pennies. I have sympathy with consumers who don't read the terms. I laugh

In my case it's not just nerves that feel it. I can get my fingers to vibrate at presumedly 50 hz by stroking the laptop lid. There is an audible hum. It happens with just one charger I have. The other charger just went out with a bang

Great, simple app. When my tinnitus hinders me from going to sleep, I turn on Chroma Doze and that will mask the ring. Luckily, I don't need it often. And yeah, it can also mask other noise.

We have computer agents that are created to be killed en masse. Just look at games. Are they getting tortured? What if we let a model render their screams individually based on the injuries? Is that model tortured? Right now these models ar

It's a decent strategy until you realize you're just providing target practice on sorties the enemy would fly anyway. Shooting one missile a day is not affecting that budget. And pilots need constant training.
