Your blog footer mentions that code samples are GPL unless otherwise noted. You don't seem to note otherwise in the article, so -- do you consider these snippets GPL licensed?

Stackful makes for cute demos, but you need huge per-thread stacks if you actually end up calling into Linux libc, which tends to assume typical OS thread stack sizes (8MB). (I don't disagree that some of the other tradeoffs are nice,

Single OS thread only, FWIW (no M:N scheduling). And like any stackful implementation, requires relatively huge stack allocations if you actually call into stdlib, particularly things like getaddrinfo().

Depends on what you mean by untrained. I think most men who exercise regularly and don't carry a ton of extra bodyweight, even with zero running, could bang out 1.5 miles at 9:40 pace. Couch potatoes, no.

You end up with at least one extra level of directory nesting, and you have to manage a Cargo.toml for each crate?

It's fine. None of the FIPS algorithms are known to be broken, either. The only risk here is implementation bugs doing the conversion and any maintenance burden incurred due to diverging from upstream wireguard.

E.g., ChaPoly AEAD -> AES-GCM, Blake2s -> SHA2/3, that kind of thing.

There is no security advantages or technical grounds for using FIPS algorithms in a WireGuard clone instead of Chacha / Blake2. It's purely a compliance move. ChaPoly, Blake2, etc, are not known to be broken and we have every re

Isn't creating a bunch of crates pretty annoying, logistically (in terms of mandatory directory structure and metadata files per crate)? (Compared with C/C++ individual .c/.cpp files being compilation units.) And does paral

It's not completely uncommon to be offered 16 oz or 20 oz as options in the US. But I see it more at "fast casual" restaurants than bars or more upscale restaurants.
