I kindof agree. My memory doesn't work like this, I could spend a week troubleshooting, following various twists and turns and eventually finding a solution with a big aha! moment, and not remember much of anything about it a week late

I do like IRCCloud, and use it often. But it's not Slack. Slack is one of those things that seems sortof dumb and simple but it just isn't. They've built a very compelling set of features that many of us now just take for gra

I'm not sure about power PC, but about 15 years ago I was working on a MIPS based desktop linux system, and there was no way to get adobe flash to run on it, which at the time was a big deal. Could they have similar issues with media s

I saw this story, but didn't know it was in my hometown and current city of Spokane, WA (~200k people, growing city). Very cool. The hill where he fell is the crux of our annual Bloomsday race (running/walking/wheelchair, 12k

Honest question for the folks complaining about input lag, does this actually effect your typing of text/commands into the terminal? I feel like I am particularly sensitive to latency in the audio world (such as recording though effect

I love Mac's music. The single/album name clash sounds like a huge waste of time, can't believe anyone even mentioned it.

I am excited to try this and hope it proves easy to setup and reliable to use. X11 forwarding is just terrible, completely useless over WAN. sshfs is also a bad solution for coding as it doesn't do inotify properly, so if a file change
