Just my 5 cents. Running factory is damn hard job. 10 products built from 50 different parts having 70 different vendors is a small nightmare. So me people can manage that, but the most can’t. Most people in Western world also cannot imagin

I don’t know if any change is possible. I definitely can’t repair school, nor make the Deutsche Bahn trains run on time. Health and retirement “insurance” are getting more and more expensive every year. The single thing I can try is to acc

I am in Germany and I don’t need troll farms to poison my worldview. It’s enough to go to the local school where swimming pool is closed, because there is no money. It’s enough to go to all hands meeting at work to get new location in best

Please don’t spread misinformation. Every current Chinese inverter (Sungrow, Goodwe, you name it) can provide emergency power with or without installed battery. My all PV installations (10-20 kWp panels with 10-30 kWh batteries) provide eme

You need me, an electrician, for bigger installation. 800W can be done by everyone and doesn’t require registration to grid operator and tests. Some people don’t mind having illegal 1600-2000W installations, never heard, that someone got fi

I think, two rounds of RTO reduce headcount by 4-6% and the company is still functional. Work packages are delegated to the folks who stay. Few months later lost key persons get replacement. It’s not like throwing 2/3 workforce and con
