This example is weirdly spelled: echo '{"k1": [{"k2": [9]}]}' | jq '.k1 | .[0] | .k2 | .[0]' is equivalent to echo '{"k1": [{"k2": [9]}]}' | jq '.k1[0

Wouldn't it be the union of the licenses, not the intersection? Provisions of one license wouldn't go away because they're not present in the other?

I love the wtfpl, but I recommend the unlicense over it, esp for something semi-serious like this: https://unlicense.org/

Most people probably won't need to figure that out, and if they did then that would count as the "something fancy" I mentioned. I'm not jumping to conclusions, I have my own mock for time that I wrote in an afternoon whi

Mocking the time module is not very hard, and I recommend writing your own custom mock that fits exactly what you need unless one of the available libraries does something particularly fancy that you need

Just because it lacks a formal definition does not mean that somebody cannot say it. It's a human notion, not a formal one. (Also: I'd suggest that it's pretty rude to tell somebody they "absolutely cannot say" some

I like jq, but the documentation is super thin. Every time I go to do anything involved, I inevitably end up at stack overflow hoping somebody else has had to do it before. I really wish there were a much greater selection of usage examples

I think you're reading more into it than what is there, but I hope that's the case! Seems like a neat product and I hope they sell it at a sustainable price rather than stay at the bottom and get sunk when people file chargebacks.

you have to eat more of the potato per calorie than the gel. I'd much rather just shotgun a gross gel packet for 100 calories and taste none of it than have to slog through more potatoes.
