My experience with Behringer guitar effects pedals is that they are 1:1 clones of more popular ones (mostly by Boss). Here is an example list: https://www.tonestart.com/ultimate-behringer-guitar-pedal-cl... Basically, the c

It is full of ANNOTATED POJOs. Those records in their current form are useless for 95% of POJO use cases.

When it comes to popular languages on the JVM, it doesn't go before Kotlin as Scala was never a popular language to begin with. One thing I and a lot of people are missing is annotations, with them data classes in Kotlin are useful for

I am quite disappointed - if Java is supposed to compete with Kotlin, they should not just provide an inferior clone of Kotlin features, but push it a step further. Here, it is not the case as those records are basically Kotlin data classes

Alright, so many downvotes and not a single reasonable critique. I was just saying that those people would very easily find new employment, so saying that they're "risking their livelihood" is far-fetched to say the least.

Come on, that's a bit too dramatic. Tech people don't stay unemployed for too long.

Reference implementation almost exclusively refers to behaviour and not performance. For example reference implementations of JSRs have very very rarely been usable/used in production.

Which exchanges are completely unregulated? Last time I checked Coinbase, Bitpanda, etc had a KYC acquisition process identical to the one of a retail bank. Please clarify, otherwise your statement is misinformation.

Well... Not only on an exchange the trades are real volume and transactions, but there is no other one. You do have a point about BTC adoption as a mean of payment lagging, but here the topic is trading on exchanges. And as soon as LF mat

Well, most of the flyway migration schemes I have seen so far also cover data (both initial refdata and migrating existing when the structure changes).

How could a private company impose censhorship when none of them are allowed to use violence? They could only ban certain types of behaviour on their premises, right? Which is not really censorship as one could just go to someone else'

I am sorry to have to argue, but the multi-region writes are calculated N + 1, where N is the number of regions. So it would actually set you back $17520 [0]. And yes, I know that even their own documentation and calculator conflict on this
