The byline says "High-precision" but I could not find any benchmarks or scientific analysis. What does high precision mean here? How stable is it? What about privacy of the users? Does the server know where everyone is?

It is 20 Megabytes, transmitted gzipped at 2.4 Megabytes. It is super slow to grab though, due to the other end.
