Yeah, I think it'll be a lot like how Vocaloid hasn't destroyed the market for real vocalists. If anything it's the exact opposite, where people get into the medium via it and end up as actual vocalists, like Reol with No Tit

Paranoia Agent really is a masterpiece. It works incredibly well. Every time it comes up, I have to shill Kuuchuu Buranko as something anyone who enjoyed Paranoia Agent should watch. It, along with Tatami and Paranoia , are my pers

Maybe I'm getting tinfoil-y here, but I think the horribleness is the point: consider how eager Apple in particular is to get people fully enmeshed in their services ecosystem. You're a lot less likely to try to roll your own back

You're accurately describing the status quo, but I think the parent's point is that a lot more people, me included, would be interested in defending these frequency allocations as a public good if they were more practically usable

Not all, just 2277 + buyables/easy ones, but still well north of 20k hours (including rs2, so not just since 2013) all told. If it actually were 200m all I'd probably feel differently. And no, not really. One, it was a lot of fun.
