Given couple of weeks. Still playing to see what's the optimal UI looks like for such large screen. 16GiB should be able to generate several images to select from at once.

Does it crash upon downloading models, or generating? I haven't tested on all the devices, but 11 Pro seems have 4GiB RAM, and should run with 384x384 resolution (check if that is the selected resolution at top right). There are report

SE 3rd Gen has 4GiB RAM, therefore the app defaults to 384x384 size. This is about 1/2 computation of your normal run (512x512) and the original version uses PLMS sampler, which defaults to 50 steps, while this one uses the newer DPM++

Android has more diverse execution environment. Not supported at this time, but have a plausible path (NCNN + Vulkan) if there is a high interest.

Yeah, that would be tricky to merge existing ones together. But you should be able to fine-tune the inpainting model the same way as you tune with dreambooth? For faces, I haven't looked deep, but seems CodeFormer's training cost

The 1.5 inpainting model is great! Significant improvement over how to do inpainting before. Highly recommended. Integrated into my mobile app last night and enjoying it so far!

PyTorch does have issues with both distributed tensor (which is easier to solve) and deployment (which is harder to solve, but solvable). I also think Keras' Functional API is superior in terms of composability than PyTorch's OOP

Good point. Let me think through this. I have about 15T free space so this can be seeded separately in ~12 batches.

Yeah, need to write the program and distributed in r/datahoarder This should be next on my list since my current project depends on SD model and having data backed up gives me confidence that I can get rid of all their stuff if needed.

Model can be retrained (with some money). But data is harder. I cannot backup LAION 5B unfortunately. If you can, please do! (About 200T)

Agreed. But the problem is not on "fast" but on "brand new". Sometimes, these are equal (because new things often advertising itself as fast alternative). Rare times when this is not equal, fast can be a good choice.

"Relatively few apps bottleneck on CPU" is a very 2010 opinion. With fast intranet (100Gbps+) and SSD, running business logic can become the bottleneck in many cases. Unfortunately, I don't have readily available data to back

HAAR Cascading based face detectors are subpar to neural-network based ones. It is better to just use TF.js and related face detector. These are faster and much more accurate. (I wrote JS-based face detector a decade ago: https://

My plan is to go to anywhere subterranean (basement levels in my building) and having enough food & water for 4 to 5 days. That should be enough to avoid the initial radiation harms.

If you are supply-constrained, cheaper credit would help to build newer capacity to increase the supply, therefore, lower the inflation.

I sort of know what you are saying. Being dealing with so-called "server-side rendering" v.s. "static generated" recently, and these feel old / boring. It has been 15 years and mostly the same thing reinvented. Howe

Oh, I am totally in the camp of "simulation is enough". My reply is a convoluted way to argue that once learned enough in simulation, adaptation in real-world should just work (if you treat adaptation as a way of learning).
