The facts are the SEC thinks Coinbase ran afoul of the laws and regulations around securities. Coinbase has been trying to get the SEC to either explicitly or implicitly allow Coinbase's operations, and the SEC declined to do so. They

On the one hand, it seems like they have an addressable market. On the other hand, it seems like a scam because they're trying to attract investors with a fancy web page and thin statements about where they're actually selling. T

Trump was more left-wing than Bill Clinton, it's just that one party has actually turned into extremists while ironically labeling the other side extremists.

I think the leadership has done an amazing job. They made something out of nothing. Selling exercise bikes for 100's of percent of markups, and then charging the clowns that buy them a subscription fee. > they chose to make their

The IRS has no incentive to make sure you get all the deductions you're allowed. They don't have incentives to make sure the software works well under load and at scale. Whatever they put out will likely be half-baked, and the s

The US Government issues their own certs for many agencies, so there's no commercial entity that acts as the CA. These CAs are installed by Windows just like most other CAs.

No, coinbase is trying to trade unregulated securities and asking the SEC to give them the OK before hand so they don't end up in court. Predictably, the SEC's not going to do that.
