That is not correct. There is quite some opposition to this BS within the party. Just look at the SPD associated net policy think tank D64, we absolutely oppose this kind of legislative turd.

Like many cleptocrats, DJT seems to think that money received by the federal government is somehow his. However I don't think bribe is the appropriate term, it's more of a shakedown.

In my university this case was (and probably still is) subject of the first lecture in the first semester. A lot to learn here and one of the prime examples how the DEPOSE model [Perrow 1984] works for software engineering.

Exactly. That isn't going to help the argument whatsoever. Blocking stuff without legal basis is an entirely different ballpark from legally mandated blocks after due process and the option for legal challenges.

Don't do it. It's a place that enables child abuse with its culture. These people are serious wackos and you should not give your kid into their hands. A lot of people come out of that Steiner Shitbox traumatized for decades if no

Running a cult is a somewhat reliable source of narcissistic supply. The internet tells you how to do it. So an increasing number of people do it.

Yep. Of course you’ll have to be negligent if not willfully wrong in your returns. But VAT ain’t nuthin’ to fuck with. It will come back to you.

Recently VAT collection was changed for electronic services. Before you simply charged your countries applicable tax rate, unless a VAT ID was provided. Now you have to charge the VAT rate applicable to your customers country of residence,

Just a personal memory about the weirdness of having expat communities serving as a time capsule. They took the then German culture and forked it. From today’s perspective it would be similar to playing bioshock where a similar cultural fo

When I was a kid, we went to TX (I'm from Germany) and everyone recommended going to New Braunfels because it's so German. We were quite shocked to see how german it was. It seemed like a hideout for traditional german values (as

For the german speaking; here's a documentary about a guy who did this in the late 70ies in Germany - without an iPhone, just by developing a feeling for the (back then) mechanical machines. https://vimeo.com/169617086

That's not how it works. There's the tariff union TBNE which covers almost every train in the country. I can use non DB trains without a problem (e.g. the HKX) - just not this one (and Thalys).

The locomotive is brand new. The only thing missing is regenerative braking in the carriages which DBs long distance carriages also don't have.

I own a Bahncard 100 which is a rail pass for the entire country. Unfortunately due to wtf, I cannot use it on this train. There's still a lot to be done.

When I was in school (10+ years ago) we already had elaborate mods for the TI83+ used for cheating our way through the final exams. Also we overclocked the hell out of them. Those were the days.

Oh no, Unterlassungserklärung should be the last resort. Usually the content mafia lawyers have no interest in fighting cases in court, the risk is too high. Get a lawyer and see how they won't go to court.
