This is an interesting take. I think if they continued to any new wahoo code after the disagreement and breaking up, then that new code is infringing. However, the agreed upon merge code might not be subject to the DMCA.

I think another subtle exploit is you can potentially track if a user has visited a website. E.g., site1 uses SRI on their unique resource, site2 uploads the same resource and SRI on theirs. so now site2 knows if a user has been to site1.

"paste" is not enabled for non-trusted scripts on FF 41+. A extensions' scripts can use "paste" since they are trusted scripts; but a webpage's script cannot. I believe that footnote is a doc error, since copy
