I don't like that slopcode angle either, but unfortunately I have to say that you do have picked a wrong library to bundle. For example, it's almost likely that there is a correct (not just accurate enough, but correct) implemen

As noted in my other comment though, some interesting decisions and interfaces do point to some degree of human intervention. I have recently written a similarly sized WebAssembly runner in C using agents (feel free to review: [1]) so I

Zig, one of the giants upon whose shoulders this library stands, coined a name for this almost-but-not-quite-UTF encoding: WTF-8 and WTF-16. These encodings mean, simply, the same as their UTF counterpart but allowing unpaire

Nothing. You can always vibe-code in Rust even when the rust-lang/rust repository itself largely forbids vibe coding.

The best possible situation that I can imagine is that Anthropic just wanted to measure how much value does Claude Code have for Pro users and didn't mean to change the plan itself (so those users would get CC as a "bonus"),

I know that. I'm saying that the cycle reset is not what it used to (starting at the very first usage) or what it might be (retaining the cycle reset timing).

Is it just for me that the reset cycle of usage limits has been randomly updated? I originally had the reset point at around 00:00 UTC tomorrow and it was somehow delayed to 10:00 UTC tomorrow, regardless of when I started to use Claude in

A common misunderstanding AFAIK. It is true that Claude, not being a person, can't be assigned a copyright by itself, but a person that interacts with Claude generally can. The famous monkey selfie case [1] was different mainly because

That does make sense, because a half of all available fp numbers are less than 1 in their magnitude. In particular there should be a plenty of numbers x such that |x| << 1 so x + 1 ~= 1; in fact, the proportion should be just shy of

Ah, in that case you would be more annoyed to learn that lossy WebP and lossless WebP are completely distinct. They only share the container format and their type codes are different.

It is not that trivial, because there are tons of existing JPEG files and lossy recompression costs quality. (PNG does get replaced primarily because lossless WebP is kinda a superset of what PNG internally does.)
