Obvious enough that I had assumed craft = aircraft as well since you can "take the keys out" of ground/water vehicles. I was challenging the thought that every aircraft needs self destruct, as I suspect it's a minority.

It does matter. I doubt you'll load 300 willing passengers on a 747 if it was widely known it had a self destruct. I would guess each case has to weigh its pros and cons for inclusion of a system. There is such thing as acceptable risk

More recent benchmarks[1] show 85-91%. IME developer productivity has been far more important than raw performance. Not sure where the fading away perception is coming from; looks like it's still trending up, or at least staying afloa

(hm can't edit) Anyway, I thought about it more and realized the rain (100% humidity I suppose) probably skews that figure. When it's sunny, it's actually quite dry here as evidenced by my hair staying put, where on the east

This is highly subjective. Looking at the list[1] you really need feet on the ground to evaluate it correctly. Seattle/SF might be technically more humid than other cities, but they get coastal breeze and constant air movement. Anyt

Yeah, pretty shady behavior. While the server could have legitimately been down, this is ripe for abuse. On the bright side, nerdc0re.com is available and might be a good first pass filter for hardcore nerds. =)

Banking, auto and pharmaceutical industries I can see lobbying their agendas as they're largely private. Are there significant privatized anti-drug agencies with capital (comparable to the 3 above)? The US has a large conservative (of

No, Fitz is not advocating tabs over spaces in coding. He is saying gofmt loses a large part of its purpose if it does not enforce a particular style, and the Go devs happen to prefer tabs. It sounds like he's fine w/ anyone usin
