You can download everything and embed it with Google api and dump it in postgres with pgvector. Works pretty well for me for similar situation

Basically we can use the error-returning pattern from Go in typescript for great good. And since typescript has more expressive type checking, we can accomplish it without polluting the namespace with err1, err2, err3... Best of both worlds
