Wondering why did I get a downvote? Isn't what I said just a valid opinion, on a matter of philosophical (i.e. irresolvable) differences? Edit: getting more downvotes, without any of the downvoters caring to justify them so far, so I c

What are 'deradicalization programs'? I'd say if some people (i.e. some imams) are semi-openly calling for destruction of France, they should just be banished from the country.

You don't need to be in trading/front-end software, 600 pounds p/d is just for regular positions if you know the frameworks that are currently in demand.

Probably the best way to find out if you really want to start a business (as opposed to just talking and reading about it), is to just start one. If you can stick through the rough times, you're the real deal and if not - you've l

There's a documentary ("Some kind of monster") on Metallica's creative process for the St Anger album. It shows James Hetfield (arguably the band's leader) wanting to have a more balanced schedule, and adapting the

A lot of devs in London are here to amass as much money as they can, so that they can retire early or at least move to a cheaper location later in life. While doing so, they are fine with living in substandard conditions (such as flatsharin
