Did you create this account just to say stuff like this? Incidentally, TikTok is still as anti-Israel as ever.

It’s largely because military service is mandatory and 8200 is like the MIT or Stanford of Israel.. not some nefarious bullshit about intelligence

The issue here is the insinuation that it’s a “Jewish” company that is responsible for unhealthy use of cannabis in Greece.

You live in Greece. You are a physician. It’s a free country. Yet you have chosen to blame a “Jewish company.” You also probably have confirmation bias. Given your specialty, you likely have a lot of patients that suffer from neuropathic pa

It's not clear to me how true your comment is. I think that if things were as unpredictable as you are saying, there would be insane memory leaks all over the place in Rust (let alone C++) that would be the fault of compilers as oppose

This is basically my point, in addition to the fact that the time at which data is freed from the heap is far more predictable.

Okay, fair point, sort of. Rust does not have a built-in feature to zero data. Rust does automatically drop references to data on the heap. Zeroing data is fairly trivial, whereas in go, the issue is non-trivial (afaiu). use std::ptr;

Kind of stupid it didn’t have something like this to begin with tbh. It really is an incredible oversight when one steps back. I am fully ready to be downvoted to hell for this, but rust ftw.

Effects on Alzheimer’s have not been disproven; it was shown that there wasn’t a perceivable benefit from oral semaglutide at the doses prescribed for folks with a certain degree of progression of the disease.

I hate learning new things. It sucks. Also, I hate things that make my knowledge of C++ obsolete. I hate all the people that are getting good at rust and are threatening to take away my job. I hate that rust is a great leveler, making all m

Don’t know what to tell you. Just trying to keep things real in response to a highly ungrounded post. The issues with compilation times are as severe an issue because of the reason I mentioned — folks don’t like to think about how they fact

Anthropic was founded by exiles of OpenAI's safety team, who quit en masse about 5 years ago. Then a few years later, the board tried to fire Altman. When will folks stop trusting OpenAI?

Although naively factored builds can be slow on rust, I firmly believe that most folks complaining about this problem have not taken the time to learn how to do this and their builds could be perhaps 10x faster. Bringing this up an importan
