Given that an attacker would likely obfuscate shenanigans, I don’t think there is much benefit to glancing over source unless you’re really ready to do a little research project for a few hours.

I wonder if a solution to this problem could be channeling gasoline through a convoluted pattern of tubes adjacent to a heating element

This is wild and when you lay it out on terms of dollar amounts and percentages it really looks like a machine with graduate students coming in and administrative salaries coming out

This is talking about chips with AMT, which not all intel chips have. Do we know if there’s still something like minix running on non-AMT chips?

So if you just change the bundle id of a development build, one is liable to introduce a bunch of bugs. Whew, that sounds confusing to debug.

>as if it were a subsidiary Having gone through an acquisition, I guarantee that our acquired org gets more than 150 emails from our acquirer every two years. Let alone each day. To call it a "subsidiary" is ludicrous.

Yeah, it's not a good look, especially since California is the only state that is adjacent to the ocean. Not only that, renewables like solar are perfect for desalination as you don't really need one of these systems to be running

Don’t worry, I won’t. Snark aside, I think the current platforms are going to be the only ones folks use; and then there’s going to be stuff that is entirely different. These clones are getting just silly.

There’s a way to give criticism that is based on understanding and context, which can be kind a generous; many don’t master this approach and fall into fail modes of glib positivity or scouring negativity.

Apple search barely works on iOS for finding an application. I’m not holding my breath about their ability to execute well here. $18B for not building a search engine doesn’t sound like a bad deal.
