I just recently went down the AMD GPU + ROCm rabbit hole as well. ROCm 6.2 was just released in August of this year and introduces a lot better support, though as the above poster mentioned, isn't merged into most recent OSes. This Git

OwnCloud is popular in the /r/selfhosted scene on reddit, and is worth doing a search there: https://www.reddit.com/r/selfhosted/search?q=owncloud OwnCloud and such wouldn't be considered a mainstre

I've actually been watching this project develop over on /r/selfhosted over the last year at least. The author has put a lot of work into it, and it's definitely worth giving a shot for a homelab/self-hosted project
