The intention is the output is quite literally your v0. It’s a normal React application, so you’d debug it and build it as such. It’s unlikely you’d take the output and launch right away. You’d probably have other refactoring and modificati

You can use the prompt library ( https://v0.dev/explore ) and copy/paste any of those examples. We're going to be rolling out access to folks on the waitlist, but for right now it's still in private alpha.

It's in private alpha currently, but we'll be opening up the waitlist in the future. It uses Vercel for OAuth only, your plan doesn't matter. In the meantime, you can check out the prompt library: https://v0.dev&#x

Correct. It can also run during the build, so it can be used to dynamically generated .txt, .json, or any other files. Great when deploying a static export of Next.js and dumping on S3 or similar. https://nextjs.org/docs

In case you haven't seen the latest versions of Next.js, it now includes React Server Components – which can operate in a similar fashion to Astro. You can send dramatically less client-side JavaScript. https://nextjs.org&#x

This is awesome to see, feels heavily inspired (in a good way) by the version we made at Vercel[1]. Same tech stack: Next.js, NextAuth, Tailwind, Shadcn UI, Vercel AI SDK, etc. I'd expect this trend of managed ChatGPT clones to continu

Remix is entirely SSR, so not sure what they meant. Next.js is static first, but definitely still supports dynamic. It started out as a dynamic, SSR framework.

This is Next.js in the "Pages Router" world (e.g. everything prior to 13.4). Past 13.4, you can also use the "App Router", which is kind of like a framework in a framework. It uses React Server Components, which can run

(I'm on the Next.js team) I appreciate Lenz's feedback and writing all of this down. I can empathize with how they and other library maintainers are feeling. There's more we can do on the Next.js side to help ease the transit
