I think the takeaway here for anyone who hasn't studied marketing is to do so, and to learn how to be the first one to get your story out there. Changing someone's opinion after they've heard a story explained differently is

You seem to be the only person in this conversation that doesn't see the question - the lawyers suing certainly see the legal question, which you keep ignoring. Perhaps it is worth asking yourself why something seems to clear to you bu

It is not inherently disingenuous when someone disagrees with you or doesn't see the point you're making. You can link to how they're dominant in the market today all you want, it doesn't change the trajectory of their e

Yes, back in the day when no other podcast app offered the kind of silence-deletion, PocketCasts really stood out. Today most 3rd party podcast apps have a great trim silence feature: iOS/watchOS: Castro, Overcast Android: YouTube Musi

As you'll see from my other comments about H1-B visas, I agree. However, it doesn't change the fact that the person's suggestion would just be another way to kill the program, not a way to fix it.

Even inside the tech industry, H1-B positions are often paid much lower than others within the company (even before benefits are considered). $150,000 median yearly salary would mean H1-B positions are taking home 10k a month. I've wor

If this is public information, I'd love to know what the median salary is rather than taking your word for it on a specific area I am not familiar with.

But Minnie is not, and the way the ad is used (see link to video) goes beyond simply using the ad. If it was clearly legal and clear-cut, why would a law firm be suing for clarification?

I take from this you would like to be employed? If so, what are you doing to change the situation (instead of coping with it as it stands)? I know it's hard out there (at least where I am) but I have helped a few people get jobs in the

No. iPhone 16 buyers from last year are still waiting on features promised to them when they purchased. Plus, the placement of buttons on the 17 and the 16 are annoying in everyday use, and the extra RAM does not seem to keep applications i

I don't think there is any reasonable evidence to suggest that most workers here on H1-B visas make more than 150k median salary, much less that they are awarded similar options as other employees. I'm glad to hear this has been t

I couldn't disagree MORE with the UK-based author linked here. The title alone is weak and signals a defeatist attitude. The content is hand-wringing with a dash of giving up and accepting it. No thanks.

What part of "now they'll slowly die" is discounted by the charts you linked showing they're currently alive? Internet Explorer had something like 99% of the web browser market in 1999. It... slowly died. May TicketMaste
